Warranty and Returns

Limited Warranty, Return, and Shipping Policy:

Thank you for your recent purchase from Stiffler Manufacturing.

Please be aware that all products and components from Stiffler Manufacturing, whether directly manufactured by us or sourced from other suppliers, are sold in their current condition.

Stiffler Manufacturing has confidence in the quality, design, and workmanship of all the products and components we manufacture, as well as those we source.

We trust that you will be satisfied with your acquisition. However, should you find yourself less than content with your purchase, you may initiate a return by utilizing the information and return / warranty policy detailed below.

Shipping Restrictions:

Stiffler Manufacturing only sells within the United States of America and the U.S. Territories and will refuse any attempt to purchase our products outside of the United States.

Stiffler Manufacturing reserves the right to restrict shipping and sales to any region at any time for any reason.

Stiffler Manufacturing will no longer ship to:

  • American Samoa, U.S. Territory

Warranty / Return Policies:

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the responsibility of any and all buyers of Stiffler Manufacturing slides, complete slides, parts kits, and any other products that are manufactured or sourced by Stiffler Manufacturing to be completely aware of federal and local laws (including state, county, city, etc.), court rulings, regulations and rules regarding our products and services and assumes all responsibility and liability for their actions and transactions in relation to Stiffler Manufacturing.

  • This policy is in conjunction with the following Stiffler Manufacturing policy: Seven (7) Day Unopened Product Return Policy. See below for details.

  • Outside of the Seven (7) Day Unopened Product Return Policy, Stiffler Manufacturing will not accept returns from buyers failing or disregarding their responsibility to be aware of federal and local laws and ordnances that may impact them by purchasing or otherwise acquiring products that are manufactured or sourced and sold by Stiffler Manufacturing.

Limited One (1) Year Warranty for Individuals:

  • Stiffler Manufacturing provides a limited warranty covering manufacturer and design defects in its stripped slides or complete slides for a duration of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by an individual. This warranty applies when a design defect results in a permanent malfunction or functional damage to the stripped or complete slide under conditions of regular use. Coverage is NOT extended to include intentional or reckless damage caused by purposeful, negligent, or criminal acts.

  • The processing of a return for warranty or refund purposes may require a period of 10 to 14 business days or more, excluding shipping time. This timeframe is necessary for Stiffler Manufacturing to conduct a thorough evaluation and testing of the product to include range testing to determine eligibility for warranty replacement or refund. Please note that this evaluation period DOES NOT guarantee approval of a warranty replacement or refund.

Limited Six (6) Month Warranty for Commercial Entities and / or Government Agencies:

  • Stiffler Manufacturing provides a limited warranty covering manufacturer and design defects in its stripped slides or complete slides for a duration of six (6) months from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies when the product is purchased directly from a commercial entity or its authorized representative, or from a government agency or its representative. Coverage is limited to instances where a design defect causes a permanent malfunction or functional damage of the stripped slide or complete slide under conditions of regular use. Coverage is not extended to include intentional or reckless damage caused by purposeful, negligent, or criminal acts.

 

  • The processing of a return for warranty or refund purposes may require a period of 10 to 14 business days or more, excluding shipping time. This timeframe is necessary for Stiffler Manufacturing to conduct a thorough evaluation and testing of the product to include range testing to determine eligibility for warranty replacement or refund. Please note that this evaluation period DOES NOT guarantee approval of a warranty replacement or refund.

Sixty (60) Day Complication Troubleshooting / Return Policy:

  • Stiffler Manufacturing considers the final construction or alteration of any platform incorporating our products to be the responsibility of the buyer which entails the application of their expertise and resources. Should the purchaser lack the necessary knowledge or tools, it is their responsibility to seek the assistance of a professional and qualified gunsmith, and any associated costs will be borne by the buyer.

  • While Stiffler Manufacturing does not typically offer extensive post-sale support for troubleshooting matters, we are willing to provide a degree of assistance to the buyer in addressing any challenges encountered with our slides.

  • Should a buyer contact Stiffler Manufacturing's sales office through our sales email at sales@stifflermanufacturing.com within sixty (60) days following the delivery of their slide, we will endeavor to provide limited assistance with any troubleshooting matters that they may encounter.

  • Should the buyer encounter continued difficulties following their troubleshooting efforts, they are welcome to contact the sales office via the provided email address to request an evaluation of the slide by Stiffler Manufacturing for potential issues as a result of the manufacturing process.

  • Should the buyer determine that a return of the slide to Stiffler Manufacturing for evaluation is necessary, please be advised that the associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, kindly note that any such return can ONLY be executed following Stiffler Manufacturing's approval and the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to the buyer.

  • Should a buyer return a slide to Stiffler Manufacturing for evaluation, we will conduct a thorough assessment to determine if any defects or faults are attributable to the manufacturing process. Following this evaluation, we will perform comprehensive slide testing, including a range test.

  • Should a manufacturing fault be identified, the buyer will be offered the option of a replacement slide shipped at the expense of Stiffler Manufacturing or a full refund. Conversely, if no manufacturing fault is detected upon inspection, Stiffler Manufacturing will arrange for the return of the slide to the buyer at our expense.

Fourteen (14) Day Inspection and Return Policy:

  • Purchasers of any product from Stiffler Manufacturing are allotted a period of 14 days following the delivery date to examine their order for accuracy and any potential damages.

  • To ensure resolution of any discrepancies, you MUST contact Stiffler Manufacturing's sales office at sales@stifflermanufacturing.com within 14 days of the delivery date if your order contains incorrect or missing items or if any damages are noted.

  • Please provide photographs of the product, irrespective of its condition (incorrect, missing, undamaged, or damaged), and of the packaging, noting whether it is undamaged or damaged, to the sales office email address as evidence to process your resolution.

  • In the event the Stiffler Manufacturing sales office does not receive notification within 14 days from the delivery date, we may be unable to process a replacement, refund, or compensation.

Seven (7) Day Unopened Product Return Policy:

  • Customers may return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of the delivery date if they are no longer required. It is important to note that "unused" includes NOT opening the product packaging, and "undamaged" encompasses ensuring that there is no writing or other markings on the original packaging.

  • Upon the approval of a return, a restocking and service fee equivalent to 10% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Shipping Policy:

  • Unless explicitly agreed upon by a sales officer of Stiffler Manufacturing, please note that the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

  • Any product returns submitted without prior communication with the Stiffler Manufacturing sales office and without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will NOT be accepted. Furthermore, in such instances, warranty claims and troubleshooting services will not be initiated, and the returned product will be sent back to the original sender.

  • For the purpose of processing an RMA, we kindly request that photographic or video evidence, accompanied by a written account detailing any discrepancies such as incorrect orders, missing items, or damages, be submitted to the Stiffler Manufacturing sales office through their email at sales@stifflermanufacturing.com. Please ensure this documentation is provided BEFORE attempting to return the product.

  • All returns REQUIRE the Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) and the original order number, receipt, and / or invoice. Please also include the contact information for the person or entity making the return.

  • All returns REQUIRE all products to be returned regardless of their condition, this includes but is not limited to the Aluminum RMR Cover Plate and RMR Plate Screws, and the entirety of any Parts Kits.

  • The processing of a return for warranty or refund purposes may require a period of 10 to 14 business days or more, excluding shipping time. This timeframe is necessary for Stiffler Manufacturing to conduct a thorough evaluation and testing of the product to include range testing to determine eligibility for warranty replacement or refund. Please note that this evaluation period DOES NOT guarantee approval of a warranty replacement or refund.

 

Refund / Replacement / Compensation Policy:

This policy is in conjunction with the following Stiffler Manufacturing Policies –

  • Limited One (1) Year Warranty for Individuals
  • Limited Six (6) Month Warranty for Commercial Entities and / or Government Agencies
  • Sixty (60) Day Complication Troubleshooting / Return Policy
  • Fourteen (14) Day Inspection and Return Policy:
  • Seven (7) Day Unopened Product Return Policy
  • Return Shipping Policy

No refund, replacement, or form of compensation shall be issued until Stiffler Manufacturing has received the original order purchased by the buyer and conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the product for any manufacturing faults or defects.

Should no manufacturing faults or defects be found, no refund, exchange, or compensation will be granted and Stiffler Manufacturing will return the product back to the buyer at our expense.

If a manufacturing fault or defect is found then Stiffler Manufacturing will offer the buyer a replacement or a refund.

If the buyer sends their return back to Stiffler Manufacturing and it is missing items then a Partial Return and Re-Stocking Fee of 15% - 25% will be applied to the refund depending on the product returned, its condition, and items missing.

Missing or Delayed Package Policy:

  • If you have not received recent communication from the United States Postal Service (USPS) concerning your package, please be aware that all slides from Stiffler Manufacturing require a manufacturing lead time of ten to fourteen (10 to 14) business days prior to shipment as all slides are made to order.

  • Following the manufacture of your slide, the estimated transit time for delivery via USPS is an additional five to seven (5 to 7) business days.

  • If the tracking information from USPS indicates that the package has been delivered, but it is missing, the buyer MUST submit a lost or stolen item request directly through USPS. The buyer is responsible for the initiation of this request through USPS, as Stiffler Manufacturing is unable to initiate this process on your behalf.
